Is the computer on your  last nerve  and you cannot boot up with startup disk.  Type  f-disk  delete partitions and  than download  Ubuntu  Linux.  You have to  download the  Iso  burner and than download the  Iso  to the other computer your using and than  use the Iso burner and  use  that cd at startup on the  broken computer.  It should be  like a new computer and  I really love mine. Have Fun!  A  tip on the  firewall If your using Outlook Express or some other mail client on your computer disable the firewall If for any reason your email is not  being sent.  Also a Firewall will block a site that you like to visit.  So when you want to go to that website disable it and put it back on when you feel like you need one.
